Home Health Services for Seniors

Sunset’s At Home Care offers specialized care to individuals within the comfort of their own home. With flexible schedules and locally-based caregivers, we help give family members peace of mind knowing their loved one receives the care they need. We offer private duty care (non-medical) and Certified Home Care.

Private Duty Care

This non-medical care option helps homebound individuals with daily living tasks. An in-home caregiver can provide companionship, housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, help with personal tasks, and offer respite for family members.

Certified Home Care

This non-medical care option helps homebound individuals with daily living tasks. An in-home caregiver can provide companionship, housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, help with personal tasks, and offer respite for family members.

Meal Services

Meals at Home is a volunteer service delivering meals to seniors in the community. Our goal is to help individuals maintain independence within their own homes. This need may be short-term (due to surgery or during rehabilitation) or it may be long-term due to illness. Meals are prepared in Sunset’s kitchen and delivered by local volunteers.

Availability

There is no age requirement for receiving meals, but in order to qualify, a legitimate need must be identified. At this time, we are only able to deliver to the Grandville, Jenison, and Hudsonville areas.

Volunteering

Volunteers are always needed and appreciated! Volunteers are local residents who donate their time and service as a demonstration of Christian love. They do not receive any compensation. Please contact us if you’re interested in serving others in your community by delivering meals.
