Waterford ExpansionSunset Retirement Communities and Services will break ground in the fall of 2020 to begin construction on expansion of Waterford Place in Georgetown Township. Currently at over 228,000 square feet, the expansion will add 168,000 square footage to the campus and will include 62 independent living apartments at Waterford Glens and 20 lakefront villas at The Cove.
