Sunset Home Services brings excellent care to your home. Certified home care (home nursing) provides a variety of therapies with a physician’s order. Occupational Therapy

Physical therapy focused specifically on identifying and addressing an individual’s mobility and functionality abilities. It may involve assessing an individual’s abilities, surroundings and situation in order to make recommendations. Along with exercises, OT therapists may introduce tools, utensils, and aids for individuals to utilize that will simplify daily tasks.

Illness or injury are not prerequisites for participating in or enjoying the benefits of OT in fact, OT can be used proactively as a preventative exercise program designed to build strength and endurance while having fun!

Massage Therapy

An effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension. It can also be helpful in reducing;

Heat Therapy

One of most common types of passive, non-invasive, and non-addictive therapies. Studies indicate that heat therapy is an effective way to relieve aches and pain (chronic and otherwise) and to promote relaxation. There are a variety of heat methods available but all are designed to increase blood circulation to an affected area, delivering oxygen and nutrients while removing toxins. The benefits of heat therapy include decrease muscle spasm, relax muscle tension, relieve pain and increase range of motion.
