Skilled nursing, also known as long-term care, provides residents with around the clock care from our professional staff and licensed nurses. Our staff provides help with daily tasks such as bathing and housekeeping, while our nurses provide any needed medical care. Best of all, our Food Service department prepares delicious meals and our Recreation Therapy department plans and organizes fun activities with fellow residents.
No matter your reason for Skilled Nursing Care, our goal is to create a Life Plan specialized to your needs. Through our plan, we work to help you maintain independence and a high quality of life.
Brookcrest provides late stage memory care, long-term (nursing) care and rehabilitation in a friendly community. We focus on person-centered care and encourage you and your family to be involved in your care plan. Brookcrest is located on Wilson Avenue in Grandville, minutes from Rivertown Crossings Mall.
Skilled Nursing’s Focus
While each of our community members receives the provision of delicious meals and community-centered activities, our long-term care residents have a special focus on their medical needs. Health and medical services are provided by licensed nurses; who aim to help with:
- Physical therapy
- Medication management
- Disease treatment
If Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care has been deemed necessary by a licensed physician, Medicare may cover all or some of the cost.
